Location. Set on 650 lushly landscaped acres containing five 18 hole championship golf courses, the Marriott Resort, Doral Golf Resort and Spa is 13 miles west of Miami, Fla. The resort is home to 90 holes of PGA golf and the Jim McLean Golf School.
Hotel Features. Guests experience panoramic views of the hotel's golf courses from the Windows on the Green restaurant while enjoying seafood, sushi and lobster. For family style dining, the Terrazza Restaurant and Cafe serves American cuisine for breakfast. A coffee house, two casual grill & bar style restaurants and a spa cafe are additional dining alternatives. Business travelers will enjoy the 90,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, high speed Internet access and a full service business center. More than 100 treatments are available in the Spa at Doral, along with fitness counseling, fitness room and a lap pool. The outdoor heated Blue Lagoon Water Park includes four splash pools, children's pool, spa tub and waterfall. Eight stores include a pro shop with golf accessories, Tommy Bahama Island Shop and an upscale women's sportswear store. For the kids, Camp Doral provides supervised activities for children ages five to 12.
Guestrooms. The 693 guestrooms are dressed in plantation style wicker and wood furniture. Select rooms have private, furnished balconies or patios with outdoor seating. Amenities include coffeemakers, high speed Internet access, in room safes, bathrobes and minibars.
Expert Tip. The Marriott Resort, Doral Golf Resort and Spa has hosted the PGA championship tour for 40 years, and some of the world's most famous golfers play at the resort. Guests can grab chairs on the outdoor patio overlooking the greens and watch the action. Golfing greats Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods and Hollywood stars like John Travolta are known to pass by.

Guests booking the Championship Golf Package for One or for Two will receive accommodations as selected, daily full American breakfasts, 18 holes of golf on Gold, Red or Silver courses per night, unlimited use of the driving range, golf bag storage, one introductory golf clinic per stay and 60 day advance tee time reservations.
