Location. The Le St. Martin Executive Tower is located in Laval, Quebec, Canada, and is a European style hotel 15 kilometers from downtown Montreal. Laval, an island city beset by large rivers, is Quebec's second largest city. The Le St. Martin Executive Tower is located 11 kilometers from Montreal Pierre Trudeau International Airport.
